No Locals In Hd In Ct/receiving Them From Other Markets Ie Ny &boston

I recieved an email from an individual from another forum telling me I could order his handbook from ebay detailing how I could recieve HD locals from NY or Boston because i live in Enfield CT and have no locals in HD. He stated that I needed a 622 reciever or 211 reciever. I went to the ebay page, it looks like a PDF booklet and in the end it suppose to tell me what I'm to say to the CSR to get the HD from NY or Boston

Has anyone heard of this?

Search in the Dish forums for "moving". You'll find people that have done it without the book.

I bet the same guy who cries in hear about moving and how it is so unethical is selling that PDF file. Try searching "moving" in this forum and you will find your answer for free.
