No skip back on G4 (191)

Was noticing today while watching "Ninja Warrior" that I no longer had a skip back function. When I press the button I'd jump forward like a second or two.

I've tried on several other channels and it works just fine. Anyone else having this problem?

That happens on occasion and it seems to be channel-specific.... Never have read a good explanation about it.
