No UPN Supers for LA/Orange County??

I was on Dish's website and when entering LA or Orange County addresses I notice that they addresses DO qualify for WB stations but DO NOT quality for the two UPNs ~ What gives?

Probably means that the local UPN station is exercising its right to block the syndicated programming for which it has an exclusive contract. When that happens, Dish won't sell that type of super -- the alternative would be blacking out huge chunks of UPN.
