not getting certain movie channels

i can get most of my packages channels but for example, i still have Sundance as a available channel, but all that comes up is the banner and a black screen. Any help?

Try unplugging your reciever then plug it back in. This usually solves most problems.

How old is your receiver? Is your access card blue or yellow?
