NS2000 satellite demodulator problem

Dear friends,
I don't know is this right place to ask for help...
I had NovelSat NS2000 that operate ok,but when I try to update licence everything went well and then system supposed to restart but it just giving me message,, loading..."
My question :is there a way to go to factory settings with combination of front panell buttons.
Please help,

I personally am not familiar with that unit.
Perhaps when some of our European area members sign on they can give you an answer or point you to the right place.
