What would you say is a fitting "Official Cookie" for our town?

My wife says her Oreo Surprise Cookie...

Take an Oreo Mini Cookie, place it on a baking sheet. Take a scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough and place it on top of the Oreo, Now bake it and the Oreo will cook itself into the chocolate chip cookie.

Serve and wait to you see the delight on peoples faces when they bite into that chocolate chip cookie and get the surprise of an oreo cookie inside.
