i found an older book called sat broadcasting guide 1994 which has sat charts around the globe, i was wondering how much of the feeds were scrambled back then. it looks like every mlb team had their own transponder! and even nfl and nba, there must have been 60 tps that just say a major sport team! must have been great for a sports nut like myself back then! anyways here is the sat list for our areas. spacenet 2 69 deg, brasilsat 2 70 deg, satcom 2 72 deg, galaxy 2 74 deg, satcom k2 81 deg, telstar 302 85 deg, satcom k1 85 deg, spacenet 3r 87 deg, galaxy 7 91 deg, galaxy 3 93.5 deg sbs 3 95 deg, telestar 301 96 deg, sbs 2 97 deg, galaxy 4 99 deg, sbs 6 99 deg, spacenet 4 101 deg, galaxy 6 103 deg, only one tp, a test pattern so maybe it was a new sat or an old wore out one. gstar 1 103 deg, gstar 4 105 deg, anik 2 107.3 still going! anik 1 111.1 deg, too still going, morelos f1 113.5 deg, morelos 2 116.7 deg, sbs 5 123 deg, tstar 303

sorry i ran out of space,i am on internet on my phone. anyways telstar 303 123 deg, galaxy 5 125 deg which was full of channels, gstar2 125 deg, asc 1 128 deg, satcom c3 131 deg, galaxy 1 133 deg, satcom c4 135 deg, satcom c1 137 deg,
