I tried searching for this but it is hard to define in a search.
I have had this occur a couple of times. When recording on my 622, the result is a series of 1 minute long recordings.
It occurred once when I was watching the program. About ever minute the screen would blackout, I guess while it is closing one recording and starting the next.
It has happened on either channels. Since I wasn't paying close attention previously, I think the recordings where from HD channels.
