See link.

Anyone care to hazard a guess as to how well this will work - or if it will ever see the light of day?

I put Opera on one of my PCs, but never used it, so I have no feel for the interface.

Doubtful we'll ever see this one unless they release it on Cydia.

I don't see why they wouldnt allow it... there are other web browsers available for the iphone, I use one called Mercury that is in the app store, and does everything safari does as far as I can tell

I like it on the PC, and use it on my berry. It would be interesting to see it on the Iphone, but only to have a choice, the safari browser is great already.

Opera Mini was the only thing that came even close to "working" on my wife's Blackberry curve on the cursed ATT edge network. I guess all that back end caching is the key to their speed.

she got a iPhone 3GS now, likes it a lot.
