I've noticed that when I try to use Quick Record (pressing the Record Button) on an OTA channel, I only have the "Manual User Stop" option. I am not able to select any of the other options like "Stop at End of Event". Is this a bug, normal operation, or am I doing something wrong?

Yep, well documented feature. Even happens if you do it with a SAT recording, hit record, select options and select manual end. It won't let you change the channel until you stop the timer.
Once the OTA Guide is available, then you will have more options available for quick record, therefore allowing you to select something such as 'end of show' and then being able to change the channel.
Today, you can always go to Menu-7, setup a timer for the OTA channel, let it kick off and then go watch something else while its recording.
