P303 Skips

My problem started with P303. I started seeing about 1 second skips. They occur whether I record in the day or the night. It happens on three different DVR's - all 508's. I have even taken one DVR to another home and set it up to verify that it is not my location. I usually get about 3 - 5 skips per hour show. It only happens on those shows recorded after P303 was loaded. There are no skips on those shows recorded while on P302.

This has got to be buggy software.

I have registered a complaint with Tech Support but they knew nothing about it. If you see it - please complain so that we can get it fixed in about 6 weeks.

Obviously the Dish engineers don't have 5xx at their own homes to watch or they would fix these issues. Or better yet, test the code more thoroughly before they release it...
