Was just curious if anyone else here has the same monitor and what settings others are using? After doing Video Essentials this is what I have off component:
color - 34
tint - 27
bright - 29
picture - 28
sharp - 17
The brightness is probably set too low judging by the VE test pattern but I prefer the image, it gives it more of a 3D feel.
As a more general question, do people in general feel it is best to go right on target with the brightness control per VE (or whatever DVD you use) or is it better to go a few settings lower (or higher for that matter)?
