yep it will work just fine
I use a 1500 and it works great for the last 2+ years

This assumes that it's not the ancient "BR-1000", which is an analog receiver from the early 1990s. Look for the words MPEG-2 somewhere on the receiver,
or examine the name plate for a full model number. (Are there any letters
before "1000"?)

I do a automatica scan right now, but is sloww......I see if work later ....

Bad luck...

well, maybe have some trouble with tuner...just say 20% of level.....
I think is RIP....

if it shows 20% signal either the LNB isnt hooked up or the LO frequency iosn't correct

What kind of dish/LNB/etc do you have?

Config...

Have a Universal LNB (9750-10650) and the same config work with my TwinHan1020.....
Now check again and can read 20 % ALL the time, with cable or without cable is the same...
