pansat 2700A

I just bought the pansat 2700A, I have a dish network 500 dish and a regular 18" dtv, I dont know a lot about the setup, my uncle did the setup for me. I think that the 500 is pointed on 119 and 110 while the 18" is pointed at 61.5, when it was just setup i got B>E>T> and W>G>N etc. My question is what do i need to do to get B.E.T, W.G.N, SPEED, TNT
