Hi all, I have an old Pansat 3500 SD receiver that is stuck on horizontal transponders. A quick voltage check shows 20 volts DC on both V and H transponders.

A little info that might help, best I can remember the unit was hooked up to the coax running to the dishes but off when lightning hit very close. I was home at the time and while I don't think it was a direct hit I could hear the lightning doing laps around the house. It did kill the computer but I did not find any other damage.

Any tips for checking this out? I also wanted to rule out an over looked setting.

Thanks, Dale
