pardon my dumb locals question

i was on the dish network website this morning and noticed that the orlando-daytona-melbourne market was on a list of local channels not requiring a second dish,

since i have been giving some thought to switching (but prefer to do it after hd locals are added in my market), was does this mean? would someone be kind enough to explain? thanks very much!!

it means nothing anymore.

Orlando used to have additional local channels that required an additional dish to view, but that is no longer the case
