pax tv in locals question

i dropped from top 180 w/locals(buffalo area)
to top 60 w/locals
there is a pax tv station in buffalo,but i know dish carries the national pax feed.
but not in the top 60 package
since pax is in my area can i get that as part of my local package
in the top 60???yes,no ??

It appears not. Looking at the E* website, the Buffalo local channels offered are ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, PBS, UPN, and the WB local affiliates. Sorry, no joy.

They only carry local pax stations that offer different programming than the main pax (mainly just sports)

But the realy question is why would you be watching PAX anyways?
It's a disgrace of a channel and will soon be changing it's name to "I" and just showing informercials (what they do 20 hours of the day anyways)
