PI channels with locals only?

DISH says no, but I was wondering, does anyone know if the PI channels show up if only locals are purchased? DISH says the no programming fee is charged, $5 per month, plus the $5.99 local channel fee. What if you have AT60 and locals and cancel the AT60, do the PI channels stay?

The only PI channels that will show up in this case, are FSTV (110) & all of the PI's on the wing birds. I know this because I ONLY have locals/SS/distants.

If you have AT60 and drop it, all you will gwet is the PI's dishrich posted
FSTV, which is on 110 and the PI's on the wings
