I still cannot get the transparent surf title by doing what was mentioned on this site.

I had the transparent guide appear fopr a secong on the last version of the firmware, but i could never get it to appear more than once, however with thie new 6.10 firmware its easy to do with the steps described on the site... for me anyway, your unit might be different somehow

I still cannot get the transparent surf title by doing what was mentioned on this site.

I am able to get the transparent surf bar, and it will continue to be transparent until I either press the Voom button (to go to the big guide) or turn it off and on again (which happens a lot since the crashes weren't fixed in this update.) It really is a hastle to have to press Voom > Green button > navigate to System Settings button > wait for the warning screen to disappear > then press the Watch button. Especially when it all goes back to fully opaque the next time I hit the Voom button.

Well maybe if i get the update in the first group next time i'll be able to send the caps to sean earlier.

Maybe sean can get me on the beta program so i can do this in advance?

I have tried to get on the DVR beta program with no luck either.

Hmmm, on the transparent menus, whey didn't they just get rid of the dark background and keep everything else opaque? Would look better IMO.
