Why?
What are they going to do? Replace your receiver for free?
That's like going to Wal-Mart and buying a Milky Way, then turning around and telling them it wasn't "Milky" enough and had too much " Way", just to have them give you another one for free.
All you are doing is makeing them spend money on you that they don't need to.
Want someone to complain to? Complain to RCA, they made the bomb.
