How much cable can be between the DP34 Switch and the DP LNB? Currently the switch is located on the pole of the dish. I wanted to move it and run cables from the new position of the switch (about 150' away) to the LNB.

The manuals all say that it doesn't matter the distance between the dish and the switch and/or the receiver and the switch as long as the total run from the receiver to the dish doesn't excede 200ft. On a side note, I have seen runs far excede 200ft though. I would think the limiting factor in long runs would be the voltage loss and not the signal loss. If I had a run over 200ft then I would make sure that I used Solid Copper Center conductor RG6.

That is excellent to know Brett. I didn't realize that runs could be that long with no problem. Thanks for the info!
