PPV without phone line?

I have a friend that is interested in getting Dish and he wants to know if you can order PPV through your remote without a phone line hookup?

You can also order PPV on internet (Satellite TV - HD Satellite Television - DISH 1.888.825.2557) without paying the extra dollar.

yeah, just have him log into his account online and he can order it there without having to call in or pay extra
