Problem with switches

Can anyone help me solve my SW21 & SW31 switches. When I hook up both satellite antennas and I do a switch check, it does not recognize both satellites. The signal from both satellites are very strong and I have no problem downloading the program guides for each satellite if I hookup the antenna without the switch. I have tried the SW21 & I have two SW31 that I have tried with no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What two satellites are you trying to point to and what dish are you using?

I have a 1.8M dish with one LNB locked on to 61.5 and I have a 1.1dish with one LNB locked on to 110.

What type lnb's are you using? If they are not Legacy, they will not work with sw switches.
