Is this with a 622 receiver? IF so it is normal software problems. Hopefully they will fix this in the next software update. They at least fixed the audio problems with the L356 update. They fixed the audio snap crakel and pop sounds in L355. I hope that L357 will be the one to fix the video stuttering on ALL channels.
try to change the modulated channel for TV2. go menu,6 system setup , 1 instalation, 5 modulator. u will see tv1-3or 4, tv2 -.. defualt is 60air. u can change it to any channel 21-69air, or 73-116 cable something like that.(read manual)
after u change, if u don't get picture on new channel do auto programm on tv. if it doesn't help just call 24/7 dish customer service.1-800-333dish. there is no charge for telephone support. also check signal strength, u might have weak signal (bad connection) on second tuner.
