Hi

We have a DTV 3LNB Dish, connected to a 4x8 multiswitch, with 5 recievers.

This has been working great for the last 3 months, Yesterday it was woking fine in the morning, when we got back in the evening, it was out except for a few of the local channels.

We did a signal test and it seems that Sat 101 is only working on transpoders 4,8,12,16,20, all other transponders are 0 and the other ones are at 40-70 %.

Sat 110 is working on all 3 transponders at about 60-80% and

Sat 119 is working on all except 1 transpoder in the 90's.

This is weird because it we have just had alot of rain here, but we have had snow and rain before and no problems.

I disconnected the Multiswitch and put a connection betweeen one of the dish feeds and reciever thinking it might be the multiswitch, but no luck it is still the same.

We disconnected the cables to the dish LNB and ran a new one from the LNB Dircect to a reciever and still no luck.

I have installed a few dishes in the past and never ran into this problem before, and like I said is has been working fine for months now.

Any one have any ideas on where to go next? I refuse to pay for a tech to come and do this.

Thanks
Phil

Did you check for water in the 101 LNB?

its the one far left if you are behind the dish.

I think it's the far right if you are behind the dish?
