Problems with Sirius

my sirius radio on my boat was working fine - one day it came up with a message on the screen that said "linking". called sirius and they said it was a problem with the antenna or receiver which is a Clarion Marine. tried resetting and unplugging a bunch of wires and plugging back in. any other suggestions? can't get through to Clarion as they are never open when I call.

This is a new one on me. Clarion is your best bet. I have a friend that has a marine Clarion. I'll ask him about your problem.

Thanks. For what it's worth, we are in Western Canada if that makes any difference with the reception.
