i took a ku lnb back to their Marietta store that i had just bought that was not working on the vertical side. was told they had a new policy they could not do a exchange they had to send it to California to get it tested first. there was a new guy
in charge that did not speak good English that refused to do the exchange Hal tried too but he would not let him. so i probably will not be buying anything else from them.
