Programming changed

So like a week ago I upgraded to "AEP" package. Today I noticed I wasn't getting HBO or Starz. I went into my account and for some reason they changed my package. Another wierd thing was that in my channel locks all of the HBO's and Starz were locked out all of a sudden. can anyone shed any light on my situation?

The account page is never right, mine shows packages I never ordered so I wouldn't go by that. There also seems to be a software glitch as well, several times my OTA channels are locked (usually when I turn on the receiver) which are not. You may want to do a hard reset to see if you get your missing channels back or have Dish rehit your receiver.
