Programming? DHP - AEP annual discount?

Is there an annual discount for the Almost everything pak with locals?

I see AT50, AT100, AT150 all have annual discounts, but didn't see it on the dish site for AEP. :?

AEP and the value packs are montly only... would be nice to be able to lock them in for a year.

I believe its cheaper to purchase AT150 annually along with purchasing the four movie combo package annually than AEP monthly, especially consider the lock on price you have. That is enough to make up for a month of programming in itself at times.
