Pronto with the 811

I have a Pronto 3000NG and I created a number pad for it. I am having trouble with the 811 always getting a numeric keypress. Does anyone have a pronto that is getting good numeric keypress. If so, I would welcome any advise on getting the accuracy up.
 
WJD, I don't have any experience with the Pronto, but I searched and found that Mark Lamutt was gathering info on the Pronto as related to the 811. Not saying he has your answers, but I think he may have the answers accessible...;)

You can find .CCF files with the codes in them at RemoteCentral.com. I have a ProntoPro and have my 811 set up on it using a .CCF that I downloaded from there.
 
It's a problem with the Pronto NG (TSU3000/TSU7000) and the 811.

I have the same combination with the same problem, and worked from a known good configuration.

IMO, Philips has taken steps backwards with their latest Pronto products.
