I searched and didn't find anything, so...

In the "it would be really nice" category, I'd like to see boxes with a shared modulator (like the 722 or its follow-on) be able to modulate at least TV1 and at best both tv1 and 2 as QAM channels.

The you could tune in to HD on any tv on your home distribution system.

Dish had similar plans to send HDTV to TV2 and even whole home solutions, but the studios do not like any re-modulation of any of their content in the home, at High Def, especially if it is not secure. I believe Direct TV ran into the same problem with one of their early whole home solutions that involved HD via RF wireless frequencies to slave boxes connected to TV's: Direct TV could not make it secure enough to satisfy content providers--mostly the studios. Some time ago, Dish did have a whole home solution that would have re-modulated at ATSC on coax for full HD to all TV's, even allowing the TV to tune to locals using its own ATSC tuner. Content providers didn't like it.

This is why whole home solutions have been so slow to arrive. Sure, the technology is there, EASY! Trying to avoid being sued by the Hollywood studios and even broadcasters is difficult. Now Dish's Sling technology in the 922 to its paired monitor, wirelessly, or one would presume the appropriate external Sling unit, comes closest to this, I think.

QAM tuners is a bit of a misnomer. The existing standard is ATSC or ATSC with QAM modulation (to keep the cable folks happy). Have you looked for a "Power Line" adaptor?:D

I hope DLNA
