Question abot DVR Advantage

It used to be that if you added premiums it was 10 dollars each. I just added Starz and they told me it was 12.99 and that the 10 dollar add on had changed. Did the CSR know what he was telling me. Also, if I add HBO will it be 20 for both or 22 for both (Starz and HBO).

Suggest that you call E* and ask this question. You may have things going on with your account that only a CSR could assist you with.....

I just did a chat and I got HBO and Starz added for 20 dollars a month so it is still the same.

The first premium is full price if you only have one ! If you add HD essentials or another Premium then they are only $10 each. If you have Top250 then the next premium you add is only $10.

I have DVR Advantage w/top 200 and only pay $10 for HBO--and Max for .01. I think you need to try another CSR..............

I did and got HBO for 10 and Starz for 10.
