Question about 522 on dhp

I keep losing adio on my 522.now if I tell them I need a replacement on a 522 will they send me another one or a 625.I have a dhp plan.

I believe they will send out a 522. With the 625 being the "standard" dual-tuner DVR, there is plenty of those in our warehouses here in NE Ohio

General policy on exchanges for E* is like for like. I think the only time you would get a 625 in exchange for a defective 522 is if they did not have any 522s to send you and I don't see that happening for a while.
