question about locals on june 3rd

so when dish going to put up all the locals in the us.does that include low power stations.here in cincinnati there is 25 which is low power that is retro tv.so is this being uplinked or not.

The only thing they are going to do is offer the 4 major networks in all markets,not every station in existence.

No, low power stations are definitely not included in any "must carry" list. RTV is a subchannel in most DMAs, and those aren't going to show up on Dish either, darn it.

no. Low powered stations still do not qualify for must carry

All the new law did was allow Dish to import locals in markets where they dont have the full 4 stations. DIrectv already could do that
