How important is it for you to see an icon on the site that reads the site is safe?
Would you shop on a website that has no certification icon on it saying the site is safe would you move on?

I rarely shop online other than at Amazon or Audible or iTunes; so I don't think about it much, but the first thing I look for is a secure page for the order form; I guess I hadn't thought much about wondering whether the site was safe or not..

For me, I just make sure I use a cc that is 100% fraud protected, that way if something happens, I am not liable. I shop till I drop and have had zero problems thus far. :D

I don't value it much. Of course, no "https" and no locked padlock, no sale.

I'm leery of buying from sites I don't know. I sometimes pay extra to buy thru Amazon.
