Recording question

I have a HR24. Can you tell me if it is possible to hook my laptop to it to record a show that is on my DVR to DVD. If this is possible, can you please give me directions?

You need a video card but yes you can record in real time in SD. I prefer stand alone DVD recorders but lots of people use their computers.

Jerry, I think you need a Capture Card, not just a Video Card, all computers have a Video Card.
