Reset problem

Hello

We just did a reset of a Philips dsr-7000 dvr and it says it may take up to an hour it has been 2 hours or more so far.
It says it is cleaning and deleting do not turn power off.

Any help with this one?

It is fixed it just toke 3 hours instead of what it said on the screen 1 hour.
