has any one heard anything else about fox OTA HD crashing endless loop? My 811 started doing this on the Albany NY fox station on thursday (I think). It sounds like FOX is doing something funny with their signal?

I never heard of such an issue, but it could be something specific to the Fox station in Albany, perhaps a PSIP issue? You might want to check the HDTV reception area of the AVS forum or Google for a website specific to HDTV issues in your are (something like http://www.rochesterhdtv.com/ for example). Find out if anyone in your area is having problems.

Here's a link to the AVS forum for Albany as Griz_fan suggested. I don't see anyone else reporting this problem.

My 811 has been doing the same on a Ft. Myers, FL Fox (720P) station since last thursday. I suspect the cause is software 3.35 which downloaded wednesday night. Tech service is baffled so far.

It came back on monday just fine. I saw several other posts for detroit stating the same thing with their Fox. Must have been a 720p thing or jus a fox thing cause it's happening all over the country with only fox. Sent an email to local fox GM but no response.

Oh well. It's working fine now.
