This is going to be an exciting one for us as during this chat we are going to pass the 60,000 registered member milestone!

We jump into things with Jim talking about the Distant Network Fiasco.

Jim says Charlie is headed to Washington to try getting congress to move on this.

Now they are showing the horrible how to call your senator video.

They will be rolling out a new online training on the retailer website. And a new mystery shopper program where you can win a prize of you ask the mysetery shopper "Do you have a HDTV?"

After some very LAME questions Leslie Harper joins us with this months Tech Update and she recaps last nights show.

She tells us how the Inactivity Standby works and tells us about the Q Box which is for use in big commercial installs (It converts QAM to be receivable on the 522 and 625)

They will be changing the bill so that customers can better understand their bill. The first of the new bills will be going out November 16th.
