Do i have to inlude the remotes and the dvi cable ?


Also dish never gave me any RA# just the return box is that normal ?
 
remotes and receiver that is all

and you should have an ra#

I'd call and ask
 
I've never returned the remotes. I don't believe they want them- cleanliness issue, I believe.
 
Returning a 942

Make sure you drop the old 942 off the side of a building after its packed in the box ( so it looks like ups damaged it) and then ship it off to dish. That way their is one less pos out there that some poor soul will get as a remanufatured replacement receiver.:D :D
 
All you send in with a RA receiver is the receiver, nothing more... but be sure to add RA # all over box and even taped to the receiver ( I do, with a note about what frakked up on it) I have sent in a 501, a 811 and my beloved 921 for replacements...
