Returning Dish Network Customer

I am a former Dish Network customer, who left about 6 or 7 months ago. I switched to Brighthouse Cable. I have had many serious unresolved reception issues and have finally decided to return to Dish. I have an installation appointment for March 14th. I have noticed that dish has some locals in HD already up and running, does anyone know if Orlando, Florida is in Dish Network plans for Locals in HD. Thanks!
