If I have a defective reciever, or if I need to turn in a leased receiver, where will dish mail the box to? Service address or billing address? If they ship to the service address, i could have a problem:p

Why are you telling us you could have a problem, we aren't going to be charged for not returning the equipment.

Because if dish ships the rma box to the wrong address, I WILL have a problem getting the receiver returned, that is why. I am trying to be proactive and make sure this does not happen. I just bought a 622 and may choose to return my leased 811.

I thought I could get a helpful answer to my initial question on this forum and I get a post implying that I am trying to scam dish out of hardware. Thanks for the warm welcome to this forum.

My service address is , well, not there some of the times. When you get ready to return the 811 and call for the box, just tell them to ship the box to the Billing address and verify they do it.
