This winter at Mount Snow (VT) in one of the terrain parks at Carinthia, there was a 1/2 buried satellite dish used as a feature or a "hit" for snowboarders / skiers. Today while skiing I noticed it pulled from the terrain park and in the woods so I took a picture of it.

I am not quite sure how you "ride" it, or what type of hit it would be. Maybe that is why it got pulled from the trail. It looks to be about 10 feet and has been reinforced to be used as a terrain park feature.
