Roof Mount a 8 footer. Possible?

I'd really like to experiment with a 6-8 foot offset dish.
I've been so impressed with what I can with the 4 foot offset that I am starting to wonder how a offset performs vs a prime focus dish.
If I can find a decent dish or free find in the area, then I might be able to do some compare/contrast bwt the two

That's a six foot transmit-capable (I'm assuming) dish on that sturdy non-penetrating-roof mount.
Meets all your specs, but probably not free.

I've been salivating for six months over getting one.
Ordered a dual-band LNB from SatelliteAV at his BlackFriday sale.
Even have a little plot in the back yard all leveled out to put it.
Yes, NPR on the ground! It'll work fine!

Anole....thats a slick dish I constantly check craigslist and classifieds in my area but no luck right now I'd love to see a comparision done. I just really think that offset Cband hasn't really been explored to great length. They exist, but you mainly see people using prime focus dishes.
