Rumor: Nasa Moving From 119 to 101

It is being rumored on DBSForums.com that the NASA channel is moving to the 101 satellite....

As long as they would add some decent channels on the 101 slot I wouldn't mind if they moved some other local channels over. Perhaps they could do that 1 city at a time until all the locals are off of 101

I'm pretty sure that won't happen. It seems like they will be maxing out it's capacity pretty quickly. This can be indicated by the fact that there are a set of locals that will be going in by the end of the year that will be at the 72.5 position. If they had the room on 7s, I would assume they'd just put these locals there instead of leasing space from Telestat of Canada.

They are however moving some locals off of 101 that were put there temporarily. This will free up some space on 101.
