Samsung Sir-TS360 HD STB lacks coaxial Output

This was a decision made by Samsung, and (I think) a fairly reasonable one. The manufacturer assumes that the type of person who is buying this receiver most likely has a fairly expensive TV, and is not looking to connect this very nice receiver to that very nice TV using just a coaxial connection, since coax is unable to support HD programming from the receiver to the TV.

However, the TS360 receiver does support analog RCA-type A/V connections for SD, so a simple RF modulator would be able to convert the RCA-type output to a coax output for SD.

well actually it would be nice if i could connect it to my vcr, so my vcr could set the clock automatically, :)
Just hook it to either the s-video or the composit. They have s-video to composit convertors.

I haven't used coax to my main TV in YEARS! (the other TV's are a different story, but I have a modulator to distribute the sammy to other TV's)

The Samsung also has composit outputs so no converter is needed.

wouldn't need to sell it if you d* protection plan and had a power surge
