Satellite 2 input Reception Error SW21-3SAT

This is the error message Im getting on my 625 on the installation summary screen under the 119 satellite

while the 110 says reception verified SA21-3SAT

trasnponder under 110 says OK while under 119 it has a red X


Anyone know what type of problem this is.... lnb or switch or what?

You will need to give us some more info on your complete config.

How many dishes?
What LNBF's on each dish?
And you are using SW-21 switch(es)?
How many receivers at your location?
Are you a NEW customer? (There is a reason for me asking this)

1 Dish I believe the Dish 500, I have the 811, and a 625, so maybe you could guess what LNBF that would be

The SW-21 is most likely being used since the error on the installation menu shows this not working or whatever its saying

Just 2 recievers as I mentioned, 811/625

I am a new customer as of last month.

I got the 811 to work but the 625 wont pick up a signal at all. This is the receiver giving me the error messages

A typical problem that shows like this is 9 degrees off, and you're getting 110 on the 119 "eye".

However, you will need to be more specific as do your outdoor gear as I do NOT see how you can be getting "SW21-3SAT" for the three tuners you have. That just doesn't add up.

It would also be helpful if you would post the checkswitch results from your 811. You should have a DP+Twin. And, if you were actually getting a 3rd sat, what is it?

Okay, this from my 625.. I get an 004 error message, tells me a problem is detected with the switch, and do a check switch

So when I do a check switch there are 2 boxes in the installation summary
box one says

switch SW21-3SAT

box 2 says

port 1

status RECEPTION ERROR

then of course the bottom of the screen
