CW600 ships from factory with a number of satellites in its satellite list. Anybody know how the user can access this list and edit it? I wasn't able to find anything on their website: http://www.captiveworks.com. I have sent them a few emails with this and other questions, without receiving any response from them. I guess their level of care for their customers is none existent which means I am not going to recommend this product to anybody else from that aspect. If they knew the least about the market and its dynamics, they would create a community with their customers and made this a great product.
