satellite siginal

I live in West Virginia and on my 119 satellite I am not receiving a siginal. I reset the receiver but still I do not get a siginal. Am I the only person with this problem?Does anybody have any information on what to do aboyt this problem.

really the only thing you can do in the house is.. 1- reset the receiver and 2- run a "check switch" to see if it recognizes the satellite

if that doesn't fix it, its time to start troubleshooting outside
