Satwork st3618 No remote control. Help!

Well UPS just drop off a Satwork st3618 from an Ebay buy I made and it does not have a remote. It does turn on and give me a screen BUT can I get to the menu without a remote?

Also are there any universals I can use with it? I have a Cinema7 One for all that can learn.

I wrote back the seller to see what the deal is.
I see there are remotes on the internet for like $20 or so.
